Karen Shackman founded The Shackman Group in 1990 and remains personally involved in every program the company delivers.

With a multi-national background and experience of living and working on both sides of the Atlantic, Karen brings a unique international perspective to destination management in New York City.

She is involved in the daily operations of the company and personally checks in with every client throughout their program to ensure their needs are being met
